ahaha...seldom wake up sooo early....tell you,I woke up at 8.30am coz I have slept exactly 12 hrs...lol was so tired yesterday until I slept at 8.00pm...Ryan made us do pliates and jazz walk...hieee....stretching and contraction yeow!
Ryan said our dance too boring ,need energy and impaction...He show us once and made everyone drop laughing on the floor.lols
